Yoga is a vast science of self-growth. One aspect of this intricate system takes you into the experience of your energy body and energy dimension. The ancient yogis describe various energy currents, flows and centers in the human body which can be balanced and enhanced through various physical yoga practices such as asana postures, pranayama breathing, mudra gestures, bandha locks as well as contemplation.
During contemplation on your inner energy centers or chakras, you see them in their archetypal form, known as yantra. Each energy center has its own specific vibration which expresses a particular color, sound and shape. Using the chakra yantras for contemplation and meditation is a powerful tool to activate and balance the chakra energy centers. And it also can lead to improved physical, emotional and psychological health.
During this retreat you will be doing a variety of physical and seated practices accessible to all levels of practitioners.
