Outcome is a fully equipped 5,000+ sq/ft. gym located in the heart of Bainbridge Island. As a diverse and inclusive gym, we offer group fitness, personal training and sport/team specific programs, to EVERYONE. Try us 100% free. We believe in us that much!
CrossFit is a program designed for anyone. We cater our workouts to meet the needs of the person performing them rather than changing the person to meet the needs of the workout.
If you give CrossFit Outcome 1 hour a day, 3 days a week, I promise you will be amazed by what you can do and how you feel.
General Information
Outcome on Bainbridge Island is home to the original CrossFit Gym. Our facility is located in the heart of Bainbridge Island - 9463 Northeast Business Park Lane (Across the street from Sakai Intermediate School).
Outcome serves clientele by providing a shared, safe and local place to exercise in a both a group setting or individually. We offer a diverse, productive, affordable and accessible means of exercise that is supervised and led at ALL TIMES by a trained and Certified instructors.
Our clients are men, women and children of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. Simply put, they are folks from all walks of life who want to improve the quality of their life and find their inner athlete.
Our concept is to continually increase the work capacity of each individual by developing and enhancing their fitness levels across all general physical skills. This will be done by using constantly varied functional movements, based on the foundation of nine fundamental movements, performed at high intensity.
Outcome's methodology has a worldwide reputation for being a grassroots movement that is community based and driven. We do this by conducting workouts known as WOD's (workout of the day) in group settings that foster camaraderie, teamwork, fun and hard work.
