Our integrated healing center includes naturopathic and allopathic doctors, lifestyle medicine, massage, acupuncture, counseling, physical therapy, and our far-infrared sauna.
We are open with Covid protocols in place for in-studio daily yoga and meditation classes. Many of our classes and event offerings are also available on Zoom, as a livestream option.
