Olympic Management Company is a third‑generation family business. Originally founded in 1983 to manage the Griffin companies own portfolio of multi-family properties. The Company expanded in 1992 to provide fee managed services to other owners of multi-family real estate. Today the Company manages real estate assets valued over $500 million.
In addition to traditional property management services, OMC is experienced and has helped clients with: Multiple forms of financing, tax appeals, full or partial renovations (interior and exterior), acquisition due diligence/file audits, essentially anything connected to owning or operating multi-family real estate. OMC is a HUD approved management company and we are well versed in the LIHTC (section 42) tax credit program.
The Griffin family has been running small businesses in Western Washington for over 125 years, starting with Griffin Ice Co. in 1889.
