After graduating from the University of Washington, Jennifer had the opportunity to travel, live, and work in the Middle East, South America, and Europe. A licensed real estate agent since 2005, Jennifer has helped many out-of-state clients, as well as locals, to find their island home. As a mother of three children she can also provide first-hand knowledge of our island schools.

Susan Lorenz is a third generation real estate broker. After graduating from UC Berkeley, she enjoyed a successful corporate sales career in the San Francisco Bay and Portland, Oregon areas.
As a homeowner, she has managed remodeling projects working closely with architects and builders. She and her husband moved their family to Bainbridge Island in 2006, initially drawn to Bainbridge for the top rated schools. However, the outstanding sense of community is what really “sold” them on Bainbridge Island. She knows what it is like to establish a home and get your family settled in a new community and loves helping newcomers do the same. She's worked at the school district for two years, giving her firsthand knowledge of the excellent School District.
