In 2003 my family left Vietnam to come to this beautiful Island with its kind community. Living so far from home I was urged to learn how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes. And now, with the support of my family, I am opening the Green Pot Deli serving pho, banh mi, spring-rolls, eggrolls, bun salad bowls, and other traditional Vietnamese dishes. Each dish has its own distinctive flavors though with traditional ingredients like fish sauce, soy sauce, fresh herbs, and vegetables.
Green Pot Deli is a reasonably priced take-out deli that serves customers hot and delicious Vietnamese food. Open 11am to 7pm Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday).
