Prior to your guests arrival her capable staff of servers and bartenders will be on site to set up for the event, making sure to have the buffet area, guest tables, and bar ready. Typically an event begins with appetizers and cocktails followed by a buffet, family or individually plated meal, concluding with dessert and coffee. We are generally finished serving and cleaning up in approximately 8 hours.
