In its 2015 review of more than 21,000 public high schools, U.S. News & World Report awarded gold-medal status to Bainbridge High School ranking it the seventh best public high school in Washington state (for a second year) and No. 321 nationwide. Silver-ranked Eagle Harbor high School is 40th in the state and No. 1,412 nationally.
In 2015, Newsweek again designated Bainbridge High School as one of "America's Top High Schools." The publication’s rankings assess schools based on a broad range of data to determine which institutions do the best job of preparing students for college.
