Lytle Beach -4.1 Low Tide Red Seaweed
During an extraordinary -4.1 foot tide at Lytle Beach, the normally hidden seafloor reveals its secrets. A majestic Great Blue Heron and several opportunistic gulls search for marine life among the exposed rocks and vibrant red seaweed. The natural gravel formation stretches out into Puget Sound, creating a longer-than-normal temporary pathway for both birds and beachcombers.
