Experience Bainbridge Island from the water with a kayak or stand-up paddleboard rental at the City Dock in Waterfront Park. Glide across the calm waters of Eagle Harbor for a close-up view of the island’s vibrant waterfront, passing sailboats, marinas, and scenic shoreline homes. Keep your eyes open, you may spot eagles soaring overhead or sea lions lounging nearby.

Single and tandem sea kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and all necessary safety gear are available for rent. Rentals include paddles, PFDs, pumps, and basic instruction for beginners, making this a fun and accessible activity for all skill levels. Rentals are weather dependent and most popular from late spring through early fall, so reservations are recommended.
