The marquee message can only contain letters, numbers, spaces and two additional characters: & and $. No other special characters are allowed.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

The cancellation policy is 72 hours before the event. No refunds will be given if the cancellation is less than 72 hours before the event.

When is the marquee typically installed and removed?

The marquee is typically installed the evening before the event (although sometimes early in the morning the day of the reservation) and removed in the evening of the event. The exact installation and removal times may vary depending on the time of year, activity of the theater, and the weather. To accommodate early morning or late evening availability, you can reserve more than one day, if available. In that case, please process two separate reservations for the marquee rental on two separate days.
