Eagle Harbor Book company will host a conversation between acclaimed author and poet Jane Wong and acclaimed poet Yanyi. This special event celebrates the paperback release of Jane Wong's new memoir, Meet Me Tonight In Atlantic City which has been hailed as:

Jane will read an excerpt from her novel and take questions from the audience. A brief reception will follow the event at which the audience may mingle and greet Tsering and Yanyi, purchase their books and have the authors inscribe the book for interested attendees.
About Jane Wong: Jane Wong, the author of her memoir Meet Me Tonight In Atlantic City, is also known for her poetry collections How to Not Be Afraid of Everything” and Overpour. An Associate Professor of Creative Writing at Western Washington University, Jane’s work has been featured in esteemed publications such as The New York Times, American Poetry Review, and The Kenyon Review. A Kundiman fellow, she has received numerous accolades, including a Pushcart Prize.
About Yanyi: Yanyi is a celebrated poet and critic, the author of “Dream of the Divided Field” and “The Year of Blue Water”, and winner of the 2018 Yale Series of Younger Poets Prize. His work has graced the pages of NPR’s All Things Considered, Tin House, and Granta. Yani teaches poetry at the Warren Wilson MFA program and is the recipient of a 2023 Vermont Arts Council Grant.
