Swami Mukti will be sharing yoga tools to support you in your spiritual evolutionary growth towards being in harmony with yourself, others, your environment and society. During these four retreat days you will learn and practice ancient techniques of Tantra which bring a balance between the spiritual microcosm within yourself and the spiritual macrocosm of the universe.
Practices will include Kriya Yoga techniques that involve visualization of energy movement in the body while doing Hatha Yoga asana, pranayama, mudra and bandha. You will directly connect with the elements of nature through the specific ritual of fire and water meditation, often known as havan or pooja. This is a process of experiencing the sublimation of physical elements into their more subtle form, and the sublimation of the egoic self into the higher self.
