Description
About
Join us for a (virtual) journey to the land of agave, a humble desert plant that's magically transformed into a tasty spirit with stone and fire. Bypassing industrially produced spirits, we'll explore the craft of artisan tequila and mezcal, tasting a selection of spirits while learning how agave is grown, how tequila and mezcal are produced, classic styles, current rules and trends, and cultural traditions.
