The Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District invites you to enjoy Terry’s Sounds of Summer, our annual outdoor concert series happening every Wednesday from July 8 through August 26 at Battle Point Park. Concerts run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and are free to attend with general admission seating.
Bring your friends, family, and dancing shoes to experience eight weeks of live music featuring an exciting mix of tribute acts and original artists. Guests can enjoy local food vendors, connect with community organizations, and soak up summer evenings filled with great music in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
Parking:
Event parking is most easily accessible from the west entrance to the park off Battle Point Drive NE in the softball parking lots. Please follow all posted “no parking” signs and keep emergency access routes clear. Staff will be present to help direct traffic.
Parking is limited, so walking, biking, taking the bus, or carpooling is strongly encouraged.

July 22 – Nite Wave
Covering everything from Prince to Depeche Mode and Duran Duran, Nite Wave brings the energy and style of 1980s new wave to life.
July 29 – High-Voltage Honey
This Seattle-based six-piece band delivers high-energy rock ‘n’ roll with dynamic vocals, tight harmonies, and crowd-pleasing classics.
August 5 – Batuka: Sounds of Santana
Batuka channels the spirit and sound of Santana, blending Latin rhythms and rock into an immersive, high-energy performance.
August 12 – Life During Wartime
Inspired by Stop Making Sense, this Portland-based group brings an artful, high-energy tribute to Talking Heads with a focus on performance and musicianship.
August 19 – Petty Thief
A fan favorite, Petty Thief recreates the sound and spirit of Tom Petty with a set full of beloved hits and sing-along moments.
August 26 – LeRoy Bell & His Only Friends
Known for his soulful voice and timeless style, LeRoy Bell closes the series with an unforgettable performance alongside his talented band.
