    Description

The sacred is already in you.

The revelatory experience of an open heart is an embodied connection with the divine that lives in all beings, felt through profound self love and a graceful receptivity to all that is.

Cacao is a devoted ally that reignites the path back home to our inner sanctuary. This ceremonial-grade criollo cacao is from the ancient Grandmother lineage of trees where cacao was first domesticated by the Mayan people over 3,000 years ago. We are honored to be working directly with Cacao Junajpu, whose founder is a Maya daykeeper that infuses the cacao with specific energies through ceremony based on the Mayan sacred calendar.

Ceremony involves setting clear intentions and being in full presence, which we can actually practice in our daily lives. When we gather in community with deep reverence to what is, the beauty that unfolds is a collective experience unlike no other.

Each gathering begins with intention setting, drawing inspiration from the rhythms of the natural world and whispers from the collective, and serves as the sacred container for the circle. We will have a co-created altar that is both a playground and source of inspiration. Every participant will have a cup of cacao to enjoy while we take turns witnessing and sharing, deepening the connection to our own heart and with each other.

It is an honor to be with you in ceremony.

    Preparation and details:
It has already begun the moment you said YES! Because this is sacred plant medicine, there are some ways to help your experience be as deep, playful and potent as you wish.

Be intentional about what you eat starting right now. Please refrain from having alcohol or any other plant medicine 2 days before; No caffeine and if possible, don’t eat 3 hours prior to the ceremony.
Just like food, energetic preparation matters. The invitation now is to start going inward, listening to the silence and the spark, your long-held prayers and those worn-out layers waiting to be released.

You are welcome to bring items to add to our collective altar—anything that is asking to be part of the gathering: photos, art, sacred or found objects, items gathered from nature, a personal treasure… You may bring it back home with you after, or it can be part of our offering to the fire after the ceremony.

All these will help create the presence you will bring to our circle, the most important ingredient of all!

Please bring a journal and your own water bottle.

Please note: The cacao will be prepared as one batch and will include organic unrefined coconut oil.
