Description
Join us for this in-person gathering as we celebrate Summer Solstice. Joy Evans will guide us through a community sound healing to attune to the energy of the sun on the longest day of the year. Let’s honor the rhythm of the seasons as a source of healing for our minds, bodies and hearts. Together we will cultivate gratitude for the sun’s energy and reflect on our energy needs for this season.
Joy will be moving around the studio to offer each person who attends a gentle energy clearing. With gently guided breathwork and nature imagery, we will ground into sacred stillness. The sound/vibration/energy of alchemy crystal singing bowls can be impactful both physically on your mind/body, as well as energetically on your subtle energy bodies. Allow the calming sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls to support you in a practice of noticing the rhythms of nature.
We will be creating a Wheel of the Year from a rainbow of flowers. You are invited to bring flower/plant friends to add to our wheel. (Be sure to ask your flower/plant friends if they want to join us – and wait for a clear “yes!”) Leave this Summer Solstice celebration with a new crystal friend to support you through this season.
Please Note: sound healing should never cause any kind of physical pain. If you experience physical discomfort--for any reason--please be kind to your body by removing yourself from this community gathering. No previous experience with sound healing or yoga required for this gathering.
