Tami Hafzalla is a Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner and LMT based in Seattle. She has recently completed Hakomi training and will be adding this therapy to her offerings. As a Yoga teacher of 26 years, she is adept in holding grounding, compassionate space. She loves serving women and is committed to sharing the wisdom traditions in an accessible way to support contemporary everyday living. She creates spaces that are warm and welcoming for students to move through their personal process, finding union of body, mind and heart. All are guided to access profound levels of insight and freedom, reconnecting to inherent wisdom, to heal and dissolve barriers that separate us from ourselves and each other. Ultimately, her intention is to share techniques to align with radiance from the inside out; connection to self, connection to others beyond name and form, connection to spirit, universal consciousness and love.
Tami is the co founder & co director of Synergy Yoga School and has led Yoga teacher trainings in India and Seattle. She has additionally created her own classical Pranayama and Yin Yoga Teacher Training programs. She is Egyptian born and has a seeker’s heart. This has led her to travel extensively for her own learning, inspiration, and personal growth. She shares her nomadic spirit by routinely offering retreats in stunning settings worldwide. Sarah Kruse is an Ayurvedic Doctor and LMT who helps her clients return to their optimal state of health by integrating the timeless principles of Ayurveda into their modern lives. She offers Ayurvedic consultations and Ayurvedic Massage (Abhyanga) and bodywork at Dayaalu.
Sarah specializes in women’s health & hormones, digestion & nutrition, weight balancing, sleep support and cleansing & detoxification. She believes that when you help the body return to its innate state of balance, the body can completely heal itself.
Whether you are seeing her for an Ayurvedic Consultation or Abhyanga-Shirodhara session, Sarah will meet you exactly where you are. You will leave feeling cared for and nourished.
She is a graduate of The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, where she studied under Dr. Vasant Lad. Sarah has also traveled extensively throughout India, studying with renowned Ayurvedic doctors and scholars. She has been practicing Ayurveda since 1999 and massage since 2001. Her other great loves are her teenage daughter, Amulya and her Australian Shepherd, Luna.
