Carrie Clark and the Lonesome Lovers with the Von Piglet Family Players will be bringing their Annual Holiday Hootenanny and Sing-A-Long for a family friendly show at the Lynwood Theater on Saturday, December 16th.
Described by fans as "The best holiday tradition since eggnog," the Holiday Hootenanny and Sing-a-Long is a boot stomping, hand clapping evening of holiday song classics, obscurities and originals with full on audience participation. This 21-year tradition has sown such a loyal audience that it has outgrown all previous venues. Show up to sing, dance or quietly glow with the holiday spirit. Lyric sheets and yummy treats sprinkled down upon the faithful. Who wants a Holly Jolly Christmas? We do!
The Holiday Hootenanny and Sing-a-Long is a collaboration of local musicians including Carrie Clark (Carrie Clark & the Lonesome Lovers), Sue Corcoran and Vincent Gates (the Von Piglet Family Players), Christine Kistler (Lion Judah), Rob Witmer (Awesome, Carrie Clark), Doug Port (Doug "Octo" Port), and Andy Stoller (Heart).
