Description
Through presentation and shared discussion, you will have the opportunity to explore the grace, beauty, and sacredness of sexuality. Whether or not you are currently partnered, this workshop is about your relationship with your sexuality. You are invited to enjoy this special journey of learning and re-learning about a most splendid aspect of sexual wellness that can be both sensuous and sacred. Pleasure, mindfulness, and wholeness will be discussed in a manner that honors individual values and spiritual beliefs. During the last hour you have the option to seal the experience into the body with the power and grace of a uniquely choreographed Nia dance. No prior Nia experience necessary.
