Join Alexa Rosenthal in the garden for two half-days and enjoy an immersive retreat to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and open space in your heart, held gently by the wisdom of nature. Through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and the resonant song of sound bowls, you’ll find a sanctuary to release stress and cultivate a quiet, inner landscape of clarity. This journey weaves together grounding practices for the body and heart-centered reflections, offering a gentle space for emotional renewal. Between intentional group circles and spacious moments of stillness, you will return to your natural state of balance.

Grounding practices to settle the body and calm the mind
