Description
Surrounded by the natural beauty of Bloedel Reserve, Alexa Rosenthal leads a mindfulness meditation in the Japanese Guest House incorporating poetry that speaks to the wisdom inherent in nature and sound bowls whose melodic vibrations can contribute to healing and deep relaxation. Alexa is a meditation instructor and certified Sound Healing Practitioner trained at the Seattle Sound Temple.
Please dress comfortably and plan to meditate for at least 30 minutes, seated in a chair.
