Market Elevated is a provisions cafe that serves signature flavor builds as a sandwich, salad, or grain bowl. The food is built on the ingredients, with no wellness claims attached to the sandwiches. It also serves traditional and superfood smoothies, adaptogenic espresso drinks, share plates, and a small kids menu.
Named builds include an Italian, a steakhouse roast beef, an Italian veggie, turkey crunch, a Caprese, an elevated stack, and a marinated tofu option. Sandwiches are on artisan Italian bread, salads over greens, and grain bowls over quinoa and greens. Smoothies and espresso drinks use ingredients such as lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, and other adaptogens.
A retail side sells lab-verified adaptogens and functional herbs, including mushroom chocolates, gummies, powders, and teas. An interactive kiosk explains ingredients. Those retail products are educational and are not mixed into the food.
Behind the storefront is the Courtyard, a shaded outdoor seating area for food, pop-ups, and events. Dogs are welcome on leash, and the space has shade and water for them. The Courtyard Stage has hosted live music.
