I am a notary and happy to stamp documents for free. I do not charge and ask that you do not try to pay me—no tips or gift cards, please.
A few rules:
1. Do NOT sign until I can watch. I must see you sign.
2. You must show me ID.
3. Please review your document beforehand to ensure everyone knows where to sign.
4. I need the names of all signers before we meet so I can log them.
5. I usually meet people outside in front of the Coquette at Winslow Green. They have good food, so you might want to grab a snack. I’m easy to spot—I have a Santa beard.
If necessary, I can come to you, but I prefer meeting at Winslow Green. Most afternoons work for me.
I’m not a lawyer, so I can’t provide legal advice, but I can recommend one if needed.
