Recent achievements include the first LEED Platinum residence outside the Seattle City limits, the LEED Silver Bainbridge Island Kid's Discovery Museum, the Grow Avenue Sustainable Housing Community Master Plan, and the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, targeted for LEED Gold.
