This event has not taken place since 2013, although it is rumored that it might be resurrected in 2016. If you don’t see updated information here, then we’re sorry to report it will not take place.
Sail on the ferry, hop on your bike, saddle up your pony or jump in the car and get to the 6th Annual Bainbridge Bluegrass Festival.
We are bigger and better than ever with fun for the whole family. Lots of activities for the kids, local artists and crafts, raffles for cool stuff, excellent eats, and even a beer garden! And it wouldn’t be a music festival without the music – our bands are spectacular! The Clumsy Lovers, Abby Mae and the Homeschool Boys, The Oly Mountain Boys, and Side Saddle will be on the main stage, entertaining music lovers with toe-tappin’, knee-slappin’, home-grown bluegrass.
The rest of the activities are pitch-perfect, too, with a large kids’ play area, a duck pond, a walking trail, an arts and crafts exhibition area, food vendors, and more. Load up the family, head to Battle Point Park on Bainbridge Island, and get ready for a festival that’ll be music to your ears.
Mark your calendar now for Saturday, July 27, 2013 for a festive day in historic Battle Point Park on Bainbridge Island. Bring a blanket, chairs, sunbrella – plan for all-day fun!
Proceeds benefit West Sound Wildlife Shelter and Bainbridge Island Special Needs Foundation.
